Helen has over 13 years experience in supply chain and has worked in a variety of industries covering manufacturing, mail order, wholesale and more recently construction. She has recently worked as Supplier Development Manager for Carillion Construction Ltd where she was responsible for developing, implementing and managing the 'supplier assurance process' of the supply chain. In addition to this she has configured, implemented and managed the group Performance Management System as part of the continuous improvement process within the supply chain. Over the last 2 years she was influential in setting the company's strategy as well as delivering the implementation of the Flexible Framework model. Through this experience she has developed a passion for delivering sustainable solutions throughout organisations' supply chains.
