Her interest and passion is organisational development and identifying the drivers of employee engagement and discretionary effort. Working in an international organisation, she has demonstrated how an organisation-wide commitment to sustainable development can be a powerful driver of employee commitment and pride. Caroline has developed and delivered a global carbon reduction programme and introduced sustainable procurement to a large international distribution company using the Flexible Framework model.
