Consultancy

Services of a sustainable procurement expert to help you:

• Develop sustainable procurement strategy / policy.
• Define and prioritise your sustainability objectives through your supply chain.
• Develop new processes to support sustainability.
• Support specific procurement activities and plans e.g. major purchases with significant sustainability impacts.
• Communicate effectively with your suppliers, supplier development.
• Coach and develop your staff.
• Measure and report success.
• Mentor you through this change process.

Director coaching

Two full days that will help with any of the following:

• One-to-one advice to directors, (e.g. CPO, CSR Director etc).
• Challenging current practice and plans.
• Addressing barriers
• Developing future plans, (3-5 years)
• Identifying and developing business opportunities

Sustainable procurement training places

Aimed at procurement professionals and people who make procurement decisions or manage suppliers.

These courses aim to help you and your colleagues:

• Identify the sustainability impacts of your organisation and how it applies to your supply chain.
• Address the impact of your supply chain on society and equip you with the knowledge and confidence to make a start.
• Apply the tools and techniques of sustainable supply chain management.
• Integrate sustainability risks and opportunities into the procurement process.
• Understand the recommendations of the Sustainable Procurement Task Force and how to engage your supply chain in delivering against these recommendations.

Evaluation

Expert evaluation of your current sustainable procurement practice using recommendations from the Sustainable Procurement Task Force (the Flexible Framework).
