Multinational firms show an interest in supplier diversity

Held on 7th June in London, Minority Supplier Development's (MSDUK) last supplier development day brought together over 60 delegates from corporate organisations and 50 ethnic minority businesses.

22 MSDUK corporate member firms attended the full day event, including Accenture, Capital One, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, KPMG, MasterCard, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Wyndham Group.

Delegates from the City firms spent the day networking and discussing potential opportunities with the attending ethnic minority businesses, proving the growing awareness of, and interest in, ensuring the diversity of suppliers to their large corporate organisations.

If you'd like to get involved and diversify your company's supply chain, MSDUK hosts a number of industry focused Meet the Supplier events throughout the year, with the next supplier diversity day taking place in April 2012. Contact MSDUK for further information or to become a member.
