The Strategic Supply Chain Group brings together Senior Executives / Board level representatives to consider environmental and sustainability issues in supply chains.

The Strategic Supply Chain Group aims to:

• Enable organisations to overcome the barriers - both real and perceived - to effective sustainable supply chain management
• Help to set the agenda for business and Government activity in sustainable supply chain management
• Provide a focus for discussion of emerging issues in the field and will influence policy-making
• Act as a catalyst for change at board level and in global supply chains
• Help businesses and Government departments to maximise the benefits of informed supply chain management
• Help reduce reputational risk to business and Government.
