E.ON's annual Corporate Social Responsibility report

E.ON's responsible procurement team has been working with Action Sustainability to explore ways of reducing the carbon footprint of it's supply-chain.

The acknowledgement comes in the latest annual corporate responsibility report from Britain's second-largest generator and supplier of energy, in which it records a year of ever greater environmental awareness.

Paul Golby, E.ON's Chief Executive, believes the report illustrates a responsible and sustainable approach to business.

Paul Golby said 'changing energy is what we're doing - transforming every aspect: how it's made; how it's used and society's understanding of it'.

The company is working closely with its staff and customers to bring about this transformation in which Action Sustainability is playing an increasingly important part.
