Action Sustainability has introduced a new process for coaching, enabling our customers to quickly get to grips with sustainable procurement. Whether you are experienced or inexperienced in sustainable procurement and the sustainability agenda, take the quick and informal route to making this work for your organisation.

Coaching is bespoke to our customers' needs, and typically takes the form of a 4-6 hour informal session at our London Office (this can also be delivered in-house subject to arrangements).

• Our preferred group size is 2-5 people, allowing the opportunity for every delegate to participate and receive personal support. 
• Coaching groups can be from one organisation alone, or a mixture of participants from non-competing organisations.  
• Our objective is always to get delegates quickly up to speed with the underlying principles of sustainability and sustainable procurement, before examining the tools, methodologies and process available to address these topics. 
• As the day develops, we look at specific examples of procurements brought along by delegates, working together to show how additional value and sustainable outcomes can be achieved by asking the right questions at the right time.
