SustainAgility Breakfast: Tackling Modern Slavery London, Thursday 10th July 2018

Modern Slavery

It is estimated there are 14,000 victims of modern slavery within the UK. 70% of the victims of exploitation are women, and 1 in 4 are minors.  A lot has been done to raise awareness around the issues of modern slavery over the last three years since the Modern Slavery Act came into effect – but what are organisations doing to combat the problem?

As part of our SustainAgility Series to collaborate and share knowledge, we will host the first of our Modern Slavery breakfast sessions.  Engage with peers and experts to discuss business best practice around recruiting, procuring goods or mitigating modern slavery as part of wider business decision-making.

Start your morning over a coffee and pastry, and take away a bit of inspirational food for thought.
