Tolu Oke Training and Project Manager

Tolulope Oke is the Training and Project Manager responsible for successfully delivering the Fairness, Inclusion and Respect (FIR) Programme for the UK construction sector, which includes fostering industry collaboration, delivering training and engagement workshops, growing an Ambassador programme to 500, and developing new e-learning, case studies and resources.

Tolu comes with a wealth of cross-industry experience having worked within the third sector, higher education, investment banking and management consultancy. As a management consultant with Accenture, Tolu developed expertise around cultural maturity, financial regulation, training content creation, business process improvement and business change for a variety of clients including Vodafone, BP, Barclaycard and Lloyds Banking Group. Tolu has delivered large-scale programmes for a social mobility charity working across 34 UK universities with 200+ mentors and 500+ learners; whilst in higher education Tolu was shaping the race equality and disability agenda for over 2,000 staff and 20,000 students.

In her ever-dwindling spare time, Tolu is the head of an international and local outreach team where she is currently project managing the building of a school in Haiti, an avid traveller, having visited 37 countries, a motivational speaker, published author and mentor. Having been scarred by a history degree, Tolu has recently rediscovered a love of reading.
