Webinar hosted by BSRIA: Building4Wellbeing - Engineering Wellbeing Thursday. 16 July 2020, 10:30-11:45
Online

The Engineering Wellbeing event, as part of BSRIA’s “Building4Wellbeing” network, will be held on 16th July and our Consultant Claire Bradbury will be speaking.

The event will discuss why organisations should ensure they have an established wellbeing strategy and how wellbeing measures can be set, tracked and maintained.

The event provides building owners, designers and operators with the opportunity to learn from experts about how to develop wellbeing strategies that can optimise individual and organisational performance.

This is the decade in which a culture of wellbeing no longer can be considered a luxury. Most organisations now accept that wellbeing of their employees is something that they cannot afford to ignore. To attract and retain talent, our workplaces need to reflect an environment where people not only feel safe but also feel that they can thrive and reach to their optimum abilities.

After presentations, there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
