We are currently recruiting for an Marketing & Events Officer for our Fairness,Inclusion and Respect programme and for one of our Market sectors within the Supply Chain School. 
 
Purpose of the Job: 

To support the delivery of two strands of work within the Supply Chain School; the FIR programme and secondly one our market sectors within the School through;

  1. Developing and delivering a marketing plan to engage individuals and businesses into the FIR network and a specific market sector within the School
  2. Marketing the FIR Ambassadors network and supporting its delivery by building relationships with its members
  3. Finding hosts and venues for a range of industry engagement events, then organising and promoting those events so that participant targets are achieved
  4. Maintaining content within www.supplychainschool.co.uk and  https://www.supplychainschool.co.uk/default/fairness-inclusion-and-respect.aspx and in our online resource library; monitoring use, impact and feedback
  5. Working closely with Action Sustainability colleagues, Employer Leadership Groups Partner and industry stakeholders to better understand and address industry need

    Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Training and Project Manager 

    Purpose of the Job: 

    1. Delivering the outputs and deliverables of the FIR programme as set out in the annual business plan and our grant agreement with CITB. 
    2. Establishing and implementing a process for expanding and supporting the FIR Ambassadors network in a way that brings maximum benefit for the individuals involved, their employers and the industry 
    3. Delivering some FIR engagement workshops and events (based on material that has already been developed and used)
    4. Maintaining and authoring content on relevant sections of our FIR Pages https://www.supplychainschool.co.uk/default/fairness-inclusion-and-respect.aspx  and in our online resource library
    5. Establishing process to better record the extent to which FIR Toolkit materials have been used, measuring their impact and collecting feed-back on them
    6. Establishing process to better record learner progress and support people on their learning journeys
