Dyanne van de Wijdeven MSc is a consultant at Action Sustainability, where she supports clients to develop and implement their sustainability strategies.

With a strong foundation in sustainable procurement, Dyanne’s global experience spans multinational corporations such as NSG Group, Kraft-Heinz, and Bayer, as well as SMEs and non-profits including the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO).

She has experience of embedding sustainability into procurement strategies, policies and action plans and has managed a portfolio of projects, including developing and implementing supply chain charters, evaluating and improving sustainable procurement operations, and performing materiality assessments.

Delivering complex, high-impact projects, Dyanne focuses on ensuring that clients not only develop robust procurement strategies but also implement them effectively in alignment with the broader organisation. Her approach bridges strategic vision with practical execution, making both sustainability and procurement a tangible and integrated part of business operations. With her hands-on and collaborative approach, Dyanne ensures teams feel empowered to carry the work forward with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Dyanne is passionate about meeting people from all walks of life and is always looking for new places to travel to. Eager to push the limits of overland travel, she’s always exploring how far she can go by road, rail and boat.
