Vaishali brings over 15 years of global experience in procurement and transformation, having worked with leading FTSE 100 companies.

She specialises in embedding sustainability and social value into procurement processes and category management. Vaishali is currently completing a doctorate in sustainable procurement and risk management and was named a Top 100 Woman in Supply Chain in 2021.

In her role, Vaishali assists clients in integrating the social aspects of sustainability into their procurement strategies, aligning with international standards, ESG frameworks, and sustainable procurement best practice. Her work encompasses policy development, conducting sustainability evaluations (including ISO 20400), providing advisory support, and delivering hands-on workshops to embed sustainability into everyday procurement operations.

As the leader of the Social Value Group at the Supply Chain Sustainability School, Vaishali drives industry-wide solutions and authors influential reports on social value and procurement.

Her consultancy clients include NHS SCCL, SSE plc, SP Energy Networks, University of Cambridge, Siemens Mobility, and Allwyn Entertainment, among others. Outside of work, Vaishali is a passionate traveller, committed minimalist, and meditation practitioner, dedicated to promoting sustainable supply chains globally.
