Sustainable Procurement Strategy in North America Molson Coors

Our team led by Action Sustainability Director Shaun McCarthy OBE working with internal and external stakeholders developed the sustainable procurement policy and strategy for the organisation and then with the global team helped to implement the strategy.  Key to this were conducting risk and opportunity analysis, undertaking BS8903 evaluations, developing and delivering  category based sustainability guidance, delivering training for the procurement and category management teams and helping the sustainable procurement lead to measure progress against the plan.
