Holly Hansen-Maughan is a Partner Relations Manager, and works to ensure partners get the most out of the supply chain school. She is also leads on Retrofit, looking after the Retrofit Leadership group and working on projects to help the development of the retrofit market. Overall, she works with her team to improve the school and increase its impact.
Before joining, she worked in sustainability and green skills in Further Education – managing projects to grow colleges and the curriculum. She won the Green Gown award in 2021 for her work with businesses and communities in enabling retrofit skills. Her work in this field led her to specialise in sustainability in education and in particular, on skills gaps in the built environment. Before this, Holly received a BA Hons in History, and an MA in Global Development and Education. She’s previously worked in the third sector, and in Ecuador for many years as a teacher (and singer) so speaks fluent Spanish.
Holly is a pragmatist who loves seeing a plan come together. She’s driven by the need for skills and training for a just transition into a fairer, more sustainable society.
Out of work, she spends a lot of time outdoors in her home county of Yorkshire – hiking and playing 5-aside football. For balance, she also spends a lot of time eating cake.
