Briony Laidler Client Relationship Manager

Briony joined The Supply Chain Sustainability School in 2021 as a Project Manager supporting clients in the delivery of their training programmes, before moving over to Action Sustainability in 2022 as Client Relationship Manager. She currently works supporting all of the Sustainability Tool clients with the implementation and roll out of their accounts and works with them to engage and manage their supply chain.

She has a background in lean project management, previously working within the Education & Training and Events Management industry, where she worked extensively with high profile clients such as Multiplex, British Athletics and Ford Motors. She has always been incredibly passionate about ensuring clients are provided the best possible experience in order to carry out their business strategies to the highest standards.

In her early career, Briony spent 6 years within the hospitality industry as a trained chef, working within Michelin Starred restaurants around the North East of England. She still loves to cook in her spare time, (but mainly because her fiancé refuses to), and has an incredible passion for traveling, spending a lot of her early 20’s exploring Asia and North America.
