£29,000 – £32,000 Depending on Experience

In summary, we:

  • Run the award-winning Supply Chain Sustainability School, including the industry-leading Fairness, Inclusion & Respect (FIR) programme.
  • Support our clients to use our Sustainability Tool to report their progress on sustainability actions.
  • Led the authoring of the ISO 20400 in sustainable procurement and are now leading global adoption through our social enterprise arm, and our commercial consultancy services.
  • Provide bespoke, specialist business advice, training, and practical tools to leading organisations such as Siemens, the Houses of Parliament, Warwick University, the NHS and British Land.

The Account Executive role:

As Account Executive, you will support a small team of Customer Account Managers to provide an outstanding level of service to a portfolio of large-scale companies from the built environment, supporting and implementing action plans to embed the Supply Chain Sustainability School within their colleges, education providers, students and staff.

The role’s key objectives are to support the delivery of best value and benefits of the School and collaborate to ensure customer satisfaction.

About You:

This role would perfectly suit someone with a mix of project management, administration and communication skills including:

  • At least 2+ years working in a commercial environment
  • Strong administration and support experience
  • Project management, customer facing or business development experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a flexible and creative way
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
  • Proactive approach – a “can do” attitude and proven ability to make things happen
  • Ability to engage meaningfully with stakeholders, good relationship, and trust building skills
  • Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Excel (WordPress experience beneficial)
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Understanding of the built environment (desirable)
