EMCOR UK was the first UK Facilities Management company to be evaluated to BS8903. As their re-evaluation was becoming due and sustainability is a major element of their client offer, they wanted to prepare comprehensively to achieve Expert status under the standard.
Working closely with key team members and senior management we conducted a gap analysis to determine strengths and areas for improvement in EMCOR UK’s policy, culture, practice and communication strategy, also providing refresher training for EMCOR UK’s expanded procurement team prior to their re-evaluation.
